Project Description

155 units, 4 stories of wood framing over 1 story concrete transfer deck consisting of a parking garage, 155 residential units, outdoor courtyard & amenity spaces.

Services Provided

Construction management services with on site staff training to help get their project back on track. Services started when foundations and transfer deck were 35% complete and concluded at the completion of sheetrock as the developer understood finishes and preferred to complete that scope in house.
